training- Attempt to train at least two body parts at each workout training. You have to compound one bigger and one smaller muscle groups, for example, chest and triceps. And try to train each body part at least once per weak.

- Perform each exercise very carefully so that you don’t get any injuries.

- Get enough time for resting between workouts. Make sure that the muscle has recovered before the next sessions. Rest at least one minute between sets.

- Alternate the exercise routine at least every 4-5 weeks. Try to increase the intension at each workout.

- You have to do fewer reps in order to build muscle mass. But to gain such result you have to do more sets and with more weights. Work your body harder just in a short period of time. Perform workouts at least 4 times per week.

- In the beginning period try to avoid cardiovascular exercise.

- Do 8-12 repetitions and 3-4 sets per body part for a smaller muscle group and 5-6 sets per body part for bigger one.

- First train an upper body part and then lower body part. This is good for motivation and saves time.

- If your body requires longer recuperation time while you perform workouts then take more days for resting. Try to sleep 8-10 hours per day.  It is especially important to those with high metabolic level.

- Eat regularly and correctly.

- Take bodybuilding supplements.

- Never allow yourself to feel hungry. You can eat snacks in breaks between main meals. Ideally, you must have 5-7 small meals a day.
