Tabata with Weights
You do not have to use exclusively bodyweight exercises for Tabata training. You can use only weights. But you should remember some basic and simple rules:
Avoid machine and isolation exercises. Kettlebells and Dumbbells work is best as opposed to Barbells. You should use compound exercises such as Overhead Presses and Flat Bench Press.
