Pre Contest Diabetic Bodybuilding Diet Any diabetic bodybuilding diet should consist of various fruits and berries and also a few low-glycemic index carbohydrates, for example brown rice / wild rice. This is necessary for maintaining blood sugar levels and increasing the bodybuilder's metabolism.
