Lactoferrin is a small peptide which is located in the milk protein. It is very valuable for filtration and for your body as well. Although it is not the most important part of milk content but it is also very helpful. It improves the immune system as well as the mother’s milk. The researches proved that lactoferrin is necessary for improving your digestion, immunity and helps in diminishing the risk of cancer. There are some kinds of milk that contain Vitamin D. Few people know about the importance of this vitamin and that’s why they rarely consume it. It should be mentioned that Vitamin D can be called as confidential and the most versatile steroid-hormone apart from cholesterol. Vitamin D mostly comes from radiation such as sunlight. So if you spend most of the time lying on the sun you get enough Vitamin D. The most useful is semi-skimmed or 2% milk because it can almost substitute your meal. You can take it with your foods or shakes or alone. If you are too lean you should drink full fat milk. Every liter contains more than 30 grams of fat so you can get over 600 calories. It can serve as a weight gainer. But if you keep on a diet you should drink skimmed milk.

However you should avoid taking in UHT milk. This kind of milk undergoes high temperature which eliminates most nutrients and they remain less that bio.

The healthiest milk is euperised milk. It means that it has cold-processing in supplements. This process creates high quality milk rich in various nutrients and supplements. However if you choose UHT milk you need to double its intake.

In conclusion it should be said that a great diet for muscle growth should include milk, eggs, bread, spaghetti and sometimes some read meat.
